Inedit Corp. ("we", "us") handles the information collected while providing SOLARI (the "Service") as described below.

2. What we collect
We collect the following to provide the Service.
- Account details: your email address, display name, and the account identifier supplied by the identity provider you sign in with.
- Usage records: which tools you called, when, credits consumed and granted, request identifiers, and errors.
- Technical data: IP address, user agent, and access logs.
- Billing records: plan, billing period, invoice identifiers, and the customer and subscription identifiers issued by our payment processor.
- Support correspondence: whatever you send us by email.
- Website analytics: pages viewed and interactions on the public site (solari.sh).
3. Why we use it
We use the information only for these purposes.
- Providing the Service, authenticating you, and managing your account
- Metering credits, billing, and answering billing questions
- Detecting and preventing abuse, excessive load, and security threats
- Responding to incidents and improving quality and features
- Meeting our legal obligations
4. Payment information
Card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe. We never hold your card number or expiry date.
What we keep is limited to the customer, subscription, and invoice identifiers Stripe issues, along with amounts and billing dates.
6. International transfers
Some of the providers above are located outside Japan, so personal information may be handled outside Japan. We rely on our contracts with those providers and on the safeguards they publish to keep that handling appropriate.
8. How long we keep it
Account details are kept while the account exists, and afterwards for as long as the law requires.
Billing records are kept for the period set by tax and accounting law (seven years under Japanese law as a rule).
Usage records and access logs are kept only as long as needed to investigate abuse and improve quality, and are then deleted or aggregated.
9. Security
We control access rights, encrypt data in transit, and keep credentials in separate managed storage to protect personal information against unauthorised access, leakage, loss, and damage.
We supervise the providers that process data on our behalf.
10. Your rights
Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information you may ask us to tell you the purpose of use, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, suspend the use of, or stop sharing your retained personal data.
Send requests to dev@inedit.ai. We verify your identity and then respond as the law requires.
Use the same address if you want your account deleted.
11. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. A change applies from the moment it is posted on this page, and the revision date shown here is updated at the same time.
For significant changes we will also notify you by email to your registered address or by a notice in the Service.
